Interesting Notes
As much a favorite as its namesake. Only 3 ft. in height with refined "hydrangea-like" foliage and some of the darkest red, overlapping flowers that we have. The whole plant is very compact. One of our favorites.

Plant in the full sun and water in well, allowing "Robert Fleming' to dry out between waterings as it is a dwarf plant.
Cut back old branches in the fall or spring leaving 3-4 inches at the base
